Success starts with the right question.
"Customer centricity" is easy to say. Herbert Höckel has been asking since 1994, 2.75 million customers so far. What they answered is what he brings to your stage.
Everyone talks about customer centricity. He has the data to back it up.
Maybe you're planning an event on customer focus. Or "putting the customer first" has come up in every meeting for months, and nothing happens.
Herbert Höckel has sat on the other side of the table for 30 years. He asks customers what they really think. For Vodafone, Edeka, Mercedes-Benz. On stage, that doesn't turn into a motivational speech. It turns into a change of perspective that's still in your head on Monday.
What audiences say.
"Yesterday I got to see him speak at our event. Very informative and engaging: showing exactly what I can put into practice, and how, in my day-to-day work with customers."Britt — event attendee
"He spoke at one of our company events and gave us solid, practical approaches to putting the customer at the center. His examples were vivid and easy to follow."Casper — company event
"Herbert Höckel is convincing: charming, authentic and refreshingly down-to-earth. What stayed with me most were his sharp insights and the way they shifted my perspective."Lotta R.

From call center to customer's-eye view.
In 1994, Herbert Höckel sat in a call center in Düsseldorf, asking questions over the phone. On 19 January 2004, he founded moweb. In his mother's dining room, the three of them. Today: about 40 people, studies in more than 60 countries, and since 2025 a seat on the ESOMAR Council.
And the green glasses in the photo? Not a prop. His audiences put on the customer glasses. Literally.
